Venus was daughter of Zeus and Hera and Zeus and Hera hardly had any children together, so mainly Aphrodite just had half sisters. There is a myth that says that Aphrodite sprang from the pieces of Cronus that were flung into the sea.So, in that case, Aphrodite wouldn't have ny sisters at all.

In Mythology she is not generally known to have one, since often half siblings don't count as the brother or sister of each other. Jupiter was the father of Venus'
