For the most part, internet shopping is completely safe. Be sure to make sure the site is secure (your web browser will show a little lock in the bottom right corner) and that they have a reliable reputation. For some Indian internet shopping, I'd recommend www.ebay.com

As long as the address shows you "https" it is safe, also look for the "Lock" icon on the bottom of your browser. Don't know of any inidian internet shopping.

So long as you have an s following "http" ie "https://" showing you should be safe. I have shopped online for a long time and although have had my credit card done twice neither time was due to internet!!

In some places yes,but not some of them.
I have a Pay Pal acc.
That is the only place i pay for things.
Don`t ever go to todaysescapes.
They charged my card for three months before i knew it.They also go by privecymatters.

Yes,

Personally I trust sights that have that use Hacker Safe and are tested daily (it shows the date they lasted test the sights security)
