Um, check your mailbox. If it isn't in there, than it probably hasn't arrived yet.
It usually takes a few weeks - these are government agencies we're talking about, so of course they don't get anything done fast.

So....why are you asking in yahoo answers where no one knows you? Call the county health department from which you requested it and ask them.
