I prefer the film... and lord knows I've worked 4 different stage-productions.

I first saw the movie in 1978... and we used to go to the midnight-showing once a month for two years

My favorite scene is always the "time warp"... though I was sold my senior year "slave auction" in high-school and the girls made me dress and sing "Sweet Transvestite"... I got propositioned by several HOT girls after that... and enjoyed it !!

Rocky Horror rules!!!!!!!!!
I first saw the film and thought that was great but then I saw the 25th Anniversary show and was blown away by the live and interactive experience.
My favourite bits are the Dammit Janet scene, Sweet Transvestite scene. Who could forget Meat loafs performance in the film?
Meatloaf as Eddie can never be bettered.
Tim Curry was cool in the film too but the best person in the film was Richard O'Brien.
I preferred the stage version I saw and will never forget the
show as it was an amazing experience. I was there the night
Jason Donovan (Frankenfurter) fell off his platforms!!
Lucky it was at the end on the night.

My husband loved the Rocky Horror Picture Show film but when he went to see it on stage with a group of friends, he enjoyed it so much. He now feels that the film is not as enjoyable.... I suppose its because you are actually part of it when seeing it on stage.

Also one of his friends went in net stockings which shocked everyone as he was a very proper person. The truth is out there! ha ha

I have never seen the stage version just the film. I must say my favourite was seeing Richard O'Brien although I thought he looked sexier in "Crystal Maze".

I like Tim Curry too... he's funny, he has this big mischievous grin which makes you feel a little nervous wondering what he's up to. ha ha
