What does this question mean? Who pays haters? Are you writing about the corporate world in-which the old people who hate to be removed from their chairs and status until they can't see themselves retiring from their positions? If so, I don't think that's the reason. I think the reason why older individuals don't want to give up their positions is because they are in just as much debt as anyone else also they feel that they wouldn't know what to do with their lives. Some people actually have to be forced to retire. I hope this was what you meant.

Haters are sad people who just can't see any good in their own lives (when there's always some good). I feel sorry for them.

I have found the worst haters are old people who have went to church all their life. They are so judgemental.
