Everyone who watched it, thought this should have been the final and indeed it lived up to the hype. Possibly the greatest World Cup game ever played.

the 2006 English FA Cup final between Liverpool & West Ham United at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff, Wales on 13 May 2006. Liverpool won the FA Cup for the 7th time, 3-1 on penalties after a 3-3 draw.

For me it has to be Man Utd Vs Spurs at Old Trafford on the last day of the 1998/99 season.United had to win to guarantee the title came back to Old Trafford.They went one-nil down but came back to win and claim the title.It turned out to be the first leg of the incredible treble they achieved that year and my wife and I were there to see it.The atmosphere was unbelieveable and I jumped on some guy I didn't even know to celebrate! It still gives me shivers to see the footage now.

anybody who doesn`t say the `ninety six (i think of) Newcastle v Liverpool journey probable isn`t sufficiently previous to have seen it. i'm a great guy United fan and have been for 30 years yet as quickly as I see an magnificent sport i will say so and that has yet to be bettered for ninety minutes of marvelous non end soccer.
