Have you counted the notches in the bed posts. What number are you? When you look at the ceiling, do those other women eyes stare back at you? Occasionally, do you smell the scent of another woman's perfume when you lie in your bed? Honey I did. The next day I went out and bought a new bed and mattress. My ex husband was so surprised and I never told him why I threw out a perfectly good bed. Problem solved. Just between you and I it was a matter of personal taste. Smooches.

They are great for about the first 6 mo. but just like any other foam mattress they breakdown ( basically flatten a little). My husband moves a lot in his sleep and I still feel some kind of motion with mine. You also need to invest in a washable matters pad because it retains sweat and anything else. I would seriously invest in a Sleep by Number bed. That's what my next one is going to be =)

The question is, can you afford a temperpedic mattress? Have you priced them?

There's one thing I have noticed in a year of owning the Tempurpedic---the bed is squeaky! Seriously, it squeaks...
Yeah, the robot, I know what that's all about. He might still thrash about, but no, you wont feel it so that's a plus.
On the downside, you might not like the mattress, it is a different "feel", that's for sure.
I like it, my better half does not (or so he says) but he does sleep better on it.

No-I've tried it, and eventually the bed takes the form of your body with repeated use, even though the salesperson may say it doesn't. A better choice would probably be the Sleep Number bed or a Simmons extra-firm, pillow top type.

LOL! The robot, huh? Yeah, I want a temperpedic, too... But sh*t, I don't sleep often enough to get use out of it. (And of course it's all about me, who cares if HE'S comfy.) I kid, I kid.

Maybe you should turn off the techno-funk before you go to sleep.

Just a thought.
