Ya, look at other commercial pages and see what their terms of use indicate.

Definitely check out some legit web sites to see what they're saying. It is not to say that you should copy what they use for their Terms of Use, but get inspired by them. :)

Also, you may want to state what your web page contains, and who is responsible for its content. Add some contact information etc.

Remember, always try to protect yourself and your assets...
