During the month of Dec. I caught my husband cheating on me.Everything came to a shock to me because I was not expecting it. I know that every marriage has its problems but I thought what ever it was that he was feeling we could have talked about it. We had a very strong relationship. Well at least i thought. We were seperate for almost 1wk. Then he came back and apologized that he realized that leaving his wife and daughter wasnt worth it. But we ..no i cant say we. I tried my very best to make thing better for us and he didnt even give it an effort. He came back and was different to me and cruel, hurtful, uncaring, and all the harsh thing someone can do to hurt you mentally & emotionally. I would pray ever night because i could live like this anymore. So we talked and he mentioned that he was in LOVE right now and thats all that mattered. So I gave him the time to leave. He yelled at me and slapped me. never had he done somthing like that to me. So he left and did not shed one tear.

when he slapped you would have been the last time he ever laid eyes on me again , and he wouldn't of walked out my door, he would have been cuffed and stuffed. leave this loser,if a man beats a woman hes not really a man at all now is he?now is your chance to get out of that situation, your prayers are being answered it just takes you to make it come true.

okay he slapped you why did you not call the police and have him locked up in jail ? there is never any excuse for domestic violence . I tell you what i would like for him to try that with me cause I would lay him out and then call the police and tell them he fell . No seriously you should have had him locked up for domestic violence . You need to get a divorce and clean him out throw his clothes in a dumpster, change the locks ,and keep the house and the car and leave him peniless and then see if his new girlfriend will want his broke a-- then . I hardly think so . Seriously girl grow a set and move on . Get a divorce and child support and anything else that you are entitled too. good luck .

There is no excuse for mental or physical abuse. If he slapped you today, tomorrow he could just as easily break your back. Verbally abusive people seem to extent their attacks to every member of the household. You need to stop now and think...do I WANT my daughter to grow up with this environment. Since he is gone again I'd check into family services and start divorce proceedings on him for abandonment. Change the locks on your doors and even the phone number, a restraining order on him wouldn't hurt since he slapped you. You need him out of your life for good, there are lots of men out there that are worth giving your heart and love to, don't waste it on someone that is abusive.

man, a whole lot of words, and excluding the slap at the th end, not one example of what you mean by cruel and hurtful. But the cheating is the worst kind of disrespect for the sanctity of marriage, and it's an indicator of poor integrity and lack of self-control.

So I guess you have to ask yourself if you are ready to go on with this knowing your mate has cast aside their own self-control and is unable to muster the strength to be somebody of high character and integrity.

Good luck to you and take care.

It appears to me that he has made his choice. He is going to satisfy his own selfish desires rather than take responsibility by fulfilling the commitment he made to you, and taking care of his daughter. What a pathetic excuse for a man!
