On a bed, just like anybody else… I mean, maybe they have to get a special ‘hunch mattress’, so it conforms to their body and they can roll over comfortably without waking up like they were trying to climb a hill in their sleep, but I’m pretty sure it’s like that.

85% of people sleep on their sides. I am assuming they are no different. The other 15% hang upside down like vampires.

He either sleeps on his back or on his side. But mostly they sleep with their eyes closed!

mostly hunchbacks slept on side way.as they feel okay in this posture
