Decide to email you and tell you off? How annoying is that? Especially when 75% of the people that answered the question pretty much all said the same thing. If you can't take the heat, stay out of the kitchen.

They don't know your email address but there is an option where they can send you an email. I had to disable it so she would shut the hell up.

Yeah, that's happened a few times, actually. This one guy who did it to me, also decided to go to all my open questions and write a bunch of horrible things. I was really upset.
I didn't disable email though, I still like to hear from people every now and then, and usually I don't get told off. :-)

well i do think that it is wrong how did she said things in her email if it was mean things i would probly of blocked her of your email i do think that you can do that if not when u open your email press the report abuse now if it was just a freindly thing i would email her back usally i email people back when they email me i think that you should track her possibly like when she emails you find out her nickname and then you should try to see if you can go into her profile and see what she nominated best if all else fails i would just ignore ,i think that u are rite beacause i hate when people do that to me BEST OF LUCK,

Not exactly that but all the time I answer a question with my honest opinion, they don't like my answer so they "report" me. You said it exactly right "IF YOU CAN'T STAND THE HEAT, STAY OUT OF THE [Y.A.] KITCHEN"

No, I don't allow emails for that very reason.
I have gotten violation notices for the answers I have given.

I've had that happen to me too. I dont think it's justified unless I had attacked them personally. Just hv to go with the flow here at Y!Answers.

some people, as you well know, Gin, are not too stable on here. you're generally pleasant, and fun and if you know that, forget them!
