To be blunt, you should NOT rush to lose your virginity. If you do anything stupid or immoral in the pursuit of sex, then 10 years later you'll look back on these days with nothing but regret.
Remember, there are numerous methods of, how shall I say this, releasing your frustration in private.

Masturbating is temporary relief. You have to find something to do to distract yourself if you can't get over it. It's funny how life is, now that I'm older I have to find ways to get aroused. I would love to spend a day feeling like that again....sigh.... if your a guy Wear a cup if your having problems in public. I remember when my brother went through that and wore a cup to the dance so he wouldn't piss the girls off.

Stop listening to sexual music and sexual movies and anything else that gets you aroused, and eventually it will stop. It's just like breaking a bad habit. Stay away from it.
Or, you could lose your virginity, but I wouldn't advise that. You will probably miss it and regret it later.
