Pretty much, although it does depend on who else is in the car.
Parents & Friends: Yes
People I don't know very well and don't expressly want to annoy (i.e. colleagues etc. ): Probably not
Having said that, it doesn't bother me when I'm giving it a bit of Mariah Carey and the person waiting next to me in the queue gives me a look of amusement/worry.
Hmm, this question is more of a head scratcher than the whole chicken/egg thing...

Always! But my daughters tell me to stop because I am giving them a headache, apparently my singing voice isn't so good, but I still have fun!

Depends whos in da car with me...if its jus me n my frnds then hell ya..we scream lke we r freakin drunk
But if its like my family friends ..basically people i aint that close to..then I usually just hum along or simply mouth the words....
