I ordered an item for $11.99 over the internet then sent them the check. Then I had to send them and additional $8.99 for shipping costs and they told me they had to have my UPS address so they could ship the item to me. I gave them the right address and they said the item was returned to them because I gave them the wrong address but I didn't, so now they want me to give them another $8.99 for reshipping costs. So, should I pay another 8.99 or request my $11.99 back? The place I ordered from is GSS Store/ Star Safety Trading.

Insist that they send you the item since you did not give them the wrong address. Or you could request your money back. If they refuse you can contact the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint.

Oh honey if they are giving you so much grief just call or email them and tell them to send you your money back, the customer is always right and if they want you as a satisfied customer they should meet your needs not theirs you are buying a product from them and already proven your reliability by sending them a check, what are they doing for you?...
Try to find your item in another reliable company but do let them know how you feel ask to speak to a manager or administrator you have all the rights.
Good Luck!

I would ask for a refund. If a business didn't deliver the item correctly in the first place, and shipping is already paid, they shouldn't be charging it again.
