hello,
i definitely think that i am arachnophobia.my fear for spider is very abnormal,even the skinny one.this has lead me to anxiety disoder.when i saw spider , i will scream and my hand will get shaking and cold. for me spider is the scariest creature on earth.i never joined any forest camping because the thought of hairy spiders.so, how do i overcome this phobia?please help me...

A commonly used technique by phobia therapists is called Incremental Exposure. It essentially invovles coming into contact with spiders in increasing doses, starting, for example, by handling a toy spider, or a money spider. If you have panic attacks you should probably consult a professional before engaging in Incremental Exposure.
