The violation notices I get are usually from political questions by trolls who are only trying to stir things up. They don't like it when their argument is shot full of holes.
I've nothing against a humorous or sarcastic answer. Being serious all the time can lead to ulcers. People need to lighten up and realize the absurdity of the world we live in and learn to laugh at it.

You will find people to help here, or you can get help.
I love this site.
Some people just like to find fault.
They take a good thing like yahoo/answers and abuse it.
What do you suppose your problem is ?? that you keep getting as you call banned ???

Because many of your questions are spam. They are foolish useless questions not intended nor directed in the pursuit of knowledge. They are not sinsear questions, they are questions for the sake of asking questions. This question is sinsear, you genuinely want to know why.
Why are some people so serious? because alot of people come hear to learn, to find out info from others. They don't want to sort through clutter of useless pointless questions and answers, nor do people want to see this as a chat or instant messaging service. This is a tool to learn from others what you do not know.
Too many people post simply for the sake of posting.
Edit~ What is the name of this site......? It's not yahoo chat, or instant messaging, or smart)) responses......What is the whole point of this site? It's not to fight the power, or throw a stink if you feel you have been wronged, it's not about egos.....It's about helping people through answers. All the smart alec responses just for the sake of posting really do no good.
Take me for example, I made a quite direct answer, it's not what you want to hear, but it is the reason why. I got thumbs down, big deal........it's not about me, it's about the answer, and as long as the question asker walks away with a sense of resolve, it's all that matters.

I get violation notices all the time. Normally when I've been sarcastic to a complete joke of a question.

join the club babe.........i've had 6 Q's removed today......its just incredible how many saddo's visit our Q's and report us. They should just butt out and not answer if they find them offensive.
I'm not serious unless i have to be. All of my Q's are humerous but sadly some of the answerers are not!

It's not about you... there's just way too much of it.
Every space, every question - even the serious ones have some smart-**** response or rude answer.
People are getting tired of it.
