As soon as you saw that he posted the question on his FB that he didn't know who sent the V-card, you should've confessed. Some guys are dense when it comes to reading people.... especially girls who like them. If he exchanged #s with this other girl, I would take a step back and see what happens with that. If things don't work out, then you can tell him how you feel.
