It will more than likely be the battery, they always seem to go when the weather gets cold.
Jump start the car and get it changed.

25% chance. Minimal effort for a good chance. I don't know whether it is cranking over or how cold it is where you live, so it's a tough call. The colder it is, the better chance of the block heater working. If it's below 0, the block heater will be enough to make the difference. If it's in the 20's or 30's, it's probably a dead battery. It's probably that anyway, so go have it checked out.

possibility of it working. Also keep in mind that cold weather can take a battery out. If a block heater works then try a thinner grade or oil say lik 5w30.

You may need to add some fresh gas in it if it was low. Or you can just give it till later in the day & it should start. Cold weather does that alot to cars.

Well, it wouldn't hurt, that's for sure. I'd suggest a charger on the battery too to make sure it's fully up.
As an absolute last resort, starting spray, applied SPARINGLY.

Yeah, give it a shot. I dont' know how cold it is where you are but that might be a symptom. If it doesn't work. Try getting a jump from a friend.
