Had some blood work, stress is up. trying to concieve as well.

Could be blood pressure, but if you had blood work you probably had that checked. An inner ear infection can cause such medical problems also.

maybe you stressed about trying to get pregnant the only advice i got is to relax if you want to get pregnant you can't be stressed and plus it's bad for the baby if you stressed so you need to get a hold of that before you try to get pregnant
