P2P? Do you mean peer to peer file transfer softwares? If so, iMesh is a good software. The pro is that it downloads files very quickly, like bout 1 minute only. Whereas the con is that it can only download music and videos (I think..). Limewire is also a good choice. Limewire can download pictures, softwares etc. The only con is that its very very slow.
