When dry ice (frozen carbon dioxide ) melts you get a gas. unless you think you can swim in a gas the answer is no , but of course since a gas is dry there is no way you will get wet either.

Dry ice (frozen carbon dioxide) 'melts' only at very high pressures. Likely too much pressure (30 atmospheres) for you to swim very far or for very long.

Dry ice does not melt it sublimates.
It turns from a solid directly to a gas,if you had wings you might be able to fly in it.
