Ninety-nine percent of the time they are completely fake. I leave the one percent out because of one film with Eric Balfour called "Lay With Me" in which some of the sex scenes are actually real.

The only one I know that is FOR REAL and not porn is The Getaway with Kim Basinger & Alec Baldwin. They made evreyone leave the set and filmed themselves and had them put it in the movie.
