how do guys feel when they'v broken up with someone but regreting it. I mean where talking about a very egocentric guy.

Hello!
If you say that is egocentric...then probably he is very limited on his words and actions. So you can't understand really if he misses you.
Why do you justify him by saying that he is egocentric...? After all we all have our pride and self -respect...that may lead us being egocentric...but when it comes to love...you have to give in order to receive.
I wish you all the best...I hope he still loves you....but sometimes be careful what you wish.

Sending e-mails or calling about other things, not necessarily the relationship, but just random things to maintain contact with you.
