i stopped my BC on the 11th of jan and i got my period on the 24th do you think i will still ovulate in 14 days? since i just stopped my BC my body may not be regular yet? or is it possible that my body went back to normal right away?? im just confused!!

Why not try getting one of those ovulation predictor kits, the first response one is pretty good, that is the one I used. Also why not try charting your basal body temperature so that you can see if you are ovulating or not yet. You can get the thermometers from Wal-Mart for about ten dollars. And you can use www.fertilityfriend.com to keep track of your temperatures. Not all women ovulate on the 14th day after their period some ovulate sooner and some ovulate later and sometimes it differs for the same women every month. Good luck.

every women is different some women can be a year and some can go back to regular right away if you want to have a baby just watch for your body sings that you are ovulating . Temp.,discharge etc, I think it might be a good idea if you make an appointment and go see your Dr. to make sure your OK from the BC and you should ask if you have to wait a while to let all the side effects from the BC goes out of your body so it does not effect the baby once you get prego. good luck
