I agree with pfo. although bush sr wasn't much better then little bush, at least he listened to his advisors unlike little doofus.

I think Bush Sr. did everything he meant to do with Iraq. He was smart for avoiding Baghdad, in fact his intelligence told him that what is happening now would have happened then, hence he avoided taking Iraq.
I think Bush Jr. is misguided and delusional when it comes to fighting wars.

Since it was Clinton's policy for regime change in Iraq, Bush is finishing up what he was to slack to do.
