On Sunday Jan 28, 2007, an anti war protest was held in Washington DC. The capital police pretty much let these people do what they wanted. My questions to the liberals out there, is when does your version of free speech cross the line into criminal activity.

Does your interpretation of free speech allow you to:
1) vandalise public property?
2) become violent when law enforcement enforces the law?

Free speech is an ideal. It only exist on paper. In real life, if you say something that upsets those in power, you are fried to the grill. As far as those protestors in Washington D.C., they were a joke. Reason, any protests that has Hanoi Jane has lost total credibility.

I heard an interview with the soldier who lost his leg in the war and was spit on at the protest. These anti war protesters who say they support our troops and then spit on one who gave his leg in the fight make one thing clear. Actions speak louder than words and their actions show their amount of support for our troops. In order for it to be free speech it can not infringe on the rights of others and all of the actions you listed above do infringe on others rights. The protesters who committed these crimes should have been locked up.

Of course don't expect them to believe that happened, even if it's reported. They'll say it's propaganda, but the clear thinking ones know exactly what it is and was.
These people claim to want their free speech but they are the BIGGEST hypocrites. It's only free speech when it regards to them, otherwise, we are to shut up. Ummm, ain't happenin!
Just modern liberal hippies that are mean spirited and violent. Oh but wait, that's right, that's their so called freedom of speech.
Sheesh, give me and the rest of us a break!

You really don't get it, do you? Liberals are so pure of heart thet ANYTHING a liberal does is automatically the right thing to do. Isn't that simple? It's a lot easier than thinking. Sir Joshua Reynolds was right.
