I am looking for a new printer that I can print invitations, envelopes, and cards on. I print in color and black ink. Can anyone suggest a good printer?

Boo HP, the cartridges are low volume and high cost. Look at the wonderful world of Canon printers. The ink cartridges are higher volume for around the same price as their HP counter parts (resulting in a lower cost per page) as well as canon uses high purity, long lasting inks and pigments that have an archival guarantee greater than that of HP.

You can pick up a low cost canon like an Canon Pixma ip2200 for around $40.

Anything made by HP is good quality

Have tried many other makes and HP is the only brand that offers

Good quality product,

Good life expectancy of consumables.

HP kit does tend to have slightly higher price than some rivals, but the life of the consumables makes up for this in the long run.
