I'm 45 and going strong.
Have friends who have been a couple for 50+ years...both in their late 70's and humping like baby bunnies in Springtime.
So, maybe never!

If he's taken care of himself & stays fit & healthy there's no reason he can't still perform up until the day he dies....what a way to go eh?
