iPod Defragmentation?????

iPod Defragmentation?????

I use windows's disk defragmenter to defrag my iPod... and I regularly do that. Is it okay? Will it negatively affect the iPod in any way? Please give me details about my issue. Thanks a lot!!!

My brother John did the same thing and it worked perfect for him.My suggestion is do it but with moderation.
