What is it like? Is it okay on your eyes being that small of a screen? Is there much difference between that and 15.4"?

It is up to you - for me there is no much difference, the most important thing is the hardware and software installed.
If your sight is very good then you don't have a problem

I've got a Dell 2 x C610 with a 14" screen (1024 x 768) no problems one i use for internet...the other for Web design (FlashMX, Dreamweaver)

I've also go a Dell Precision M50 which I use for (CAD, Video editing) and it has a 15" Screen UltraSharp (1600 x 1200) and again no problems

..Ultrasharp means that it is much brighter/clearer and has better viewing angles than normal laptop screens

But....

I'm trading in my Internet Dell C610, for a Dell 9200 (17") which is Tru Brite (much clearer and brighter than normal screens) as i feel for the Internet i need a bigger screen, not that i can't read anything, its that my C610 is slow (256mb...1Ghz...20GB HD)

Dell Inspiron 9200 will give me a higher res (1920 x 1200)...more HD space..and I can play the game on it 128mb ATI 9700 .

or the

Inspiron 9300 ..Much faster CPU and a much more powerfull graphics Card 256mb Geforce 6800go

Hope that helps

Please don't repeat your question. It's BOGUS.

You really should see for yourself. Visit a retail store near you and SEE it. Many young people with great eyesight like smaller and lighter laptops, so they are GOOD with that. Older people need MUCH larger. ME, I simply don't care for laptops. They break easily, cost more to upgrade and are the NUMBER ONE stolen item; where fewer than 2% are recovered. I use a laptop only when I go ON THE ROAD.

Good luck and Happy Computing!
