It sure would help to know your general location. Best advice is to check out the nearest restaurant supply business. Look in your local yellow pages for "restaurant equipment - used". You will find several of these businesses in any reasonable sized city. Most of these businesses sell a lot more than used restaurant equipment. They will usually have the china and crockery you are after in stock for very low prices.

Keep in mind that shipping costs will usually add a lot to the cost of these items if you buy on the internet.

When I was in college a thousand yrs ago , I kept applying for a credit line at various department stores which gave you free glasses just for filling out the form. Mt BF and I used assumed names and info.We had tons of Xmas glasses. Try looking at a Salvation Army store.I used to buy a lot from there. You never know what you'll find.

They are not wholesale, but IKEA usually sells varied white pieces for less than an euro each.
