Bad,extremely bad.US closed a deal with India to supply them with civilian nuclear technology and conventional military equipment.First of all,as a country that refuses to sign the nuclear non proliferation treaty,India is not entitled to any nuclear technology, even if it is used in civilian purposes...Second,by arming India with nuclear power,US has absolutely no right to tell to anyone else that they shouldn't have the nuclear weapon. What should Iran, who is pretty close to India , think now? That US is arming India in order to attack them?So of course they would want the nuclear weapon and probably many more countries will try to get it...So US is sending a wrong message to everyone,by closing this deal with India...

It depends upon what india wants to be! If India is OK being an greate economy without having any political stance and agree to be a subsidiary of US, like Australia, japana, UK etc. Than the deal is good.
But, if India is planning to be a major pilitical power and have her own agenda in Internation politics, like USSR, France, china etc. Than this is not a right deal for India.
One should be aware that, those countries who ever freinds of US few years back are all slaves of USA now, they have nothing to say different from USA. They are sending military to achieve goals of US. Think about, Japan. australia, UK, Pakistan, Middle East. Phillipines,These are all freinds of US but infact they are nothing more than slaves.

if your analogy from logical attitude, then particular. If we are little useful, then there is not any distinction bwecause UN = usa ( in useful sence) formally, UN = usa + Delta ( all others prepare) hence signing with usa and UN does not make distinction as on immediately. for the reason that INDIA surely desire this technologies after 50 - 60 years; and at that factor of time if somebody else take over the placement of usa ................... ( there are maximum of if, if, buts, buts impractical upto two hundred years).
