it sounds decent as long as you have the right hardware. for instance, it has a new interface with 3d quality and everything. but if you don't have a good enough graphics card, then its pointless. you would have to buy a computer with vista already on it for it to be worth it. dont just go out and buy vista to put on the computer you already have. vista costs 400 bucks by the way. not worth it if you ask me. there are only a couple of security enhancements. not enough bonuses for me to spend that much money on something that is bound to have bugs and not be that much better than xp.

Your question makes very little sense.

Vista is neither faster, or 'bigger hard drive' whatever that means.

It does require more memory, and hard drive space, not to mention a decent video card (at least if you buy a version with the aero interface).

It is actually less like a 'souped up' version of XP, and more like a
'bogged down' version.

Avoid it. At least for now.

there was a way to 'crack' the password using the cmd (type it into the start menu search) and opening up the net users log but if your vista is up to date microsoft have prevented that from being a way into the computers passwords for every password and firewall etc... someone will find a way around it that is why updates come through al the time for windows and anti virus programs the only thing you can do is to make sure is password isn't an obvious one and one that only you can remember peace out edward1983

idk i think its meant to be the next gen but to me its just a souped up xp but as soon as people convert all of their computers to vista then it will be next gen and they will stop worrying about xp updates and concentrate on making vista next gen qualities
