Cream or ivory would be good for the top or shirt, how about a thick cream cable sweater, like a fishermans sweater? Alternatively, a turquoise or aqua would be pretty, especially if you have turquoise jewelry.
For the shoes, how about some brown suede boots?

i could advise white. for one ingredient there is already some white in the pants. plus white is a nuetral coloration that is going with something. together as brown is nuetral too, yellow pants and a brown shirt only feels like slightly a lot

i'd say a lighter brown shirt, gray, or white. but then your will have to spruce it up with some big jewelry. and for shoes, i would stay casual. a cute flat or sneaker. i have these awesome dark green flats that might look good. wanna borrow them?
