I only recently became a 24 watcher this season and I am curious...have Chloe and Jack ever met in person or are they just phone buddies?? Thanks!

Yep, many many times before. You really need to go back and watch the previous seasons. You'll see a lot of Chloe in them, especially in one season where she actually works with Jack in the field.
p.s. I could say a lot more but don't wanna ruin it for you just in case you watch the previous seasons. :)

yeah, at the very beginning of the series Jack was Chloe's boss in the office, and as time has gone on they've gotten together from time to time. it just seems that it's more interesting when they're in two different places because then the plot options are more numerous.
