First, you need to make sure you explain WHY you need the assistant to be Female because a woman's first reaction will be that there is something sexual going on if you aren't up front about it.
Second, search for employment sites using Yahoo (I had several hits using "Job Search Ahmedabad") and check out what those sites have to offer. Many will have ways for you to search posted resumes and ways to post your job opening.

Put an ad in the classifieds. You also might want to try places like yahoo jobs, monster, usa jobs. By the way you can not specify that it is for a female only, this is discrimination.

Why does your office assistant have to be female? Are you planning on having an affair with her? If you are in the US it is illegal to hire someone based on sex.
