First off there is no definite or correct answer to all these questions but i will give you some hints, take an idea from them and make you're own answer.

1)Tell me about Yourself?

Ans- Start off with you're name, age followed by where you did you're primary, secondary and Graduation from, if you were a topper in any of those then mention it. Next if you have Work Ex. mention the name of you're company, responsibility and tenure of work and after that you're hobbies, interest, likes and dislikes. If there is time or you see fit then tell you're family background.

2)Why MBA?

Ans - Make a point to create you're Career goal, it can be anything from starting a firm to working in a top position just make sure you have knowledge of what you intend to do, tell them that MBA will help me achieve it because of whatever course you are taking.

3)What is you're long term goal/Career Objective?

Ans - Same as above chalk out a plan and explain it to them, just keep the details to a minimum and make it seem Big.Remember they like it when people think big.

4)Why our Institution?

Ans - Easiest way to do is go to their site and read the section "About Us" and "Our Mission" take you're idea from there and put it into an answer.

5)What are you're Strengths and Weakness?

Ans - Not for me to tell, Just create a small list of strengths like Loyalty or Hard Working, Innovater etc. and the weakness should be done the same way just mention the way you are trying to solve the weakness too, it shows that you are working around you're weakness.

6)Where do you see yourself 5/10 years from now?

Ans - Remember you're career goal and think accordingly if you thought about opening a concern, then say i would be laying the "foundation stone" by now.

7)What if you don't get into our Institutions?

Ans - Well then go to Hell, i got a lot of other calls so Screw you!.
Jokes apart try saying that i will find a institute with similar missions and objectives which will help me attain my goal.

Well there might be more, but these are the pretty common ones.
I wish you the best of luck!!

The frequently asked questions during MBA admission interviews are
1. What do you think of yourselves
2. Why do you want to pursue MBA degree among other courses available
3. In your opinion what is the business plan the nation must follow in order to expand its economy

Generally questions are asked based on the academic background and educational qualifications completed prior to MBA. Questions are also asked regarding the current affairs in the fields of Education, Economy and General Knowledge
There are no sample answers to any of the questions. Infact if you give sample answers (typical data) then you could be rejected over someone who can give original and creative answers on the spot
