not sure you can convert it to C#, but you can convert it to VB.NET simply by opening the VB.NET environment and then opening the VB-6 project from inside the VB.NET environment.

There is no good tool to convert from VB 6 to C#, I say just convert it yourself line by line. A conversion tool will also probably not spit out good code, nor do I think you can do a 1-1 conversion from VB 6 to C#.

There is no conversion tool.

Moreover, you should not try to convert the code line by line. When upgrading an application, I suggest you redesign your whole application in an object oriented manner.
