There's a barbie fancy dress theme for a party I'm going to and I'm not sure what to wear, and I'm 20 by the way! lol

It depends on which Barbie you want to look like. There are so many. Barbie has been in prom dresses, wedding dresses, swim suits, shorts with t-shirt. But the main thing that has always been then same is the blonde hair. And lots of eye shadow. If I where you I would find a barbie that I thought I could find a out fit to look like and follow that. There has even been Doctor Barbie with a long white coat.

This might sound Crazy but I think I would go through friends old prom dresses or even go to the local Goodwill and find something, like maybe an old wedding dress that you could change up a bit! Sounds like the party will be a lot of fun! Good luck!

They sell Barbie wigs at Party City (the blonde ones). Just get a white t-shirt and write (with pink ink) Barbie diagonally on it. Then wear any short skirt and heels you have, with lots of sparkling jewelry. LOL. Have fun!

Grow twelve to fourteen inches (proportionally, Barbie is somewhere around 6'8"), get a boob job, a nose job, liposuction, dye your hair platinum blonde, lose weight so that your waist size is somewhere around 9 inches (of course, you'll need to make sure that your waist is teeny and your bosoms are huge), have perfect posture and where high heels in every situation (even if you are a doctor, a vet, a flight attendant, or a teacher).

Pick atheme of barbie like hollywood, Malibu, etc. Then check stores for clothing. Malibu would be the easiest, just buy a flower lay, a wrap, a pair of flip-flops, and a tropical looking tank top or bathing suit top depending on how comfortable you feel with your personal image and how you feel aroung the other guests.

how about plastic suegery or
buy a gown or costume if you want just buy a t-shirt with short barbie does wear that then put some makeup whiten yourself brown or blonde hair not black so that you can look like barbie and also wear a rubber shoes or sandals it depends in your dress

I can't imagine why looking like a fake doll would make you feel happy, unless you think it would make others feel happy. However, if it's about boys, then speaking as one, nothing is more of a turn off than a fake look. My advice would be to enjoy being you. You only get to be you once, after all.

wear sluttly clothes
wear clothes that are pink, revealing and have velcro on the back

Find a prom like dress and some shoes that match. Get yourself some of that glitter dust and brush yourself with it do your make up all nice and cute. You look fine. Oh don't forget the push-up bra....
