i got married to a girl from pune 10 yrs ago she is hindi medium 7 std drop out.When i got married i was thinking that i'll be able to help her clear her studies and she will be able to help settle down in business as her father is very rich guy compared to me,iam now in debt,however just the opposite happened,whatever knowledge she got staying with me she uses again me,she has never taken care of me in my sickness when i was hospitalised-twice,when i was taking anti biotic for my treatment she came one day and told me that she cant take my illness anymore and she is ready to give in writing that we break up officially..I had no choice but to agree with her as i was literally dying with her...so we divorced and i came to my parents home...my mom gave me money for treatment and slowly i got cured and now i feel better...but i feel for my daughter as she is with her and i fell she will to have same end as me...i cant sleep because of this.i have taken personel loan of 175000 ,how pay ?

Are you feeling relieved after divorce or cheated? After many divorces people feel happy while in many rather more cases they feel cheated. Why? Divorce it self is a very painful process and the times that lead to divorce are more painful. The question is why get the sense of feeling cheated after getting divorce? Let us talk about this.
Relationship demands giving - People give a lot to their marriage; most of them do it except few. Right from the development of relationship, a lot of time, emotional energy and physical resources are given to make it work. During marriage the investment goes higher. Most of the partners want the marriage to work. There are exceptions that unbelievably want to destroy because of psychological problems. When cracks develop in the marriage, lot more effort is made to save the marriage and when the marriage breaks after putting in so much effort, one feels cheated.
Is this true for all? This is not true for all. There are few individuals who do not give anything in marriage. They ask for it. The demand and contribute nothing. That is the game of selfishness played by them. So these people will never feel cheated. They will only feel bad that they lost an easy victim.
What should you do? The only way out is to forget the losses. Try to erase the past as much as possible. This will be difficult, but break the pain bit by bit. Work on it and it will go away one day. Try to forge another relationship and forget what went wrong. Cut your losses as soon as possible.

My first marriage resulted in divorce. I must have considered it coming before it began. the guy did drugs, stopped because I reported no to marriage (did not decide on to be married to a druggie or a prisoner) 5 years later he's again at it. My cutting-edge marriage began off with some issues (like me being a finished *B* by using bitterness) yet my wonderful guy loved me out of that and issues are tremendous! and they purely save getting better effective (23 years and larger in love than ever!)

Brother, in this today's busy life in metros these type of problems are comman, so don't afraid of this and cheer up man chirr up past is past see to future. in your daughter concern first settel down from your debts, then think over of her.

WORK HARD and one by one clear them all. Tell each and everyone about your position and assure them that you will pay them one by one and do it. Nothing but hard work, honesty and dedication will get you out. Im still paying to people, its been a long time and my debt was 10 times more than yours. Take care

You can file a petition before the family court in Pune for getting your child and file another suit for declaring that you are Insolvent.You visit a good lawyer in your city.sure he can solve your problem.good luck.

don't' have tensions as this may lead to further health problems. your daughter is your's only no matter she stays with u or with ur wife.

why you afraid? you will get your daughter when she is 5 year age. and give a petition to see your child don,t bother anything
