Well, I should have done my research properly, and my apologies to all. Lucinda da Costa Gomez was PM of the Netherlands-Antilles, but that was 1977 ! These days it's Emily de Jongh-Elhage.
Minton Quest was first with the only two possible correct answers; she also spelt the names correctly (Sirleaf, not Surleaf) so she gets the ten points. I promise to ask betteer questions next time
