Yes. Treason, as outlined in the constitution is very easy to understand. By the definition in the laws of this country, she, as well as Cindy Sheehan and Michael Moore should be executed, simple as that.
All those that speak of freedom of speech. There is a difference in protesting or disagreeing with a policy and actively supporting the enemy. One has the freedom to disagree with this nation's leaders. They can protest what they want and say what they want, except when it lends support to sworn enemies of the US. This is how the constitution says it. Thus, when Jane Fonda met with communists and pledged her support, this moves past free speech and into treason. Same thing goes for Cindy Sheehan meeting with communist and other extreme groups.

Protesting the occupation of Iraq is not Treason. IF it is found that Bush and Cheney outed a CIA agent, that is treason. Will you pull the trigger? I don't think you will. Your one of those that sends others to do the dirty work for you.
