I just made chicken fingers for supper last night. I get boneless skinless chicken breast meat and cut it in to strips about the size of my finger. hence chicken meat the size of a finger is a chicken finger . Bread it in flour, deep fry and dip in ranch dressing or honey mustard, yummmm
