I am not a Chelsea fan but I do like Jose Mourinho because he is the best coach for clubs in the world (only after Scolari in the world)

I dont know if you could afford Kasper though... Hes the special one... so the transfer fee will be pretty high..

Mourinho: one of the best football club managers in the world but is very arrogant and sure of himself. However he makes the EPL very interesting in his press conferences with his sense of humor combined with his arrogance..
best national: Scolari: Look at what he did with Brazil in 02 AND more importantly with Portugal in 04 and 06. He also managed Ronaldinho whos turned out to be a pretty good footballer.
club: Either Rijkaard or Mourinho

Ok, I admit he is smart, has got sense of humour and he is a good coach too but I think he is too much of an arrogant and I'm not sure if he can manage a real great team, with great history and great pressure around. I think he can do great things, in teams that are not great and when nobody expects it. Just look at Chelsea this year, they were expected to shine and play better than the past year but they didn't
As for your 2nd question, I think there are many great coaches around from Ferguson to Rijkaard or even Lippi and Scolari but my fav remains Ancelotti, I think he is amongst the best too

I dislike Chelsea, but Jose cracks me up, it wouldn't be the same without him around.
As for the best manager in the world, i would go with Lippi to be honest, he was class at Juventus, class at Napoli without any money and a World cup winning manager.
I think he is the only grand slam manager around

Like - he is a character and further improves the image of the Premiership.
He is also one of the best managers in the world. Maybe not the best, but one of them

Well, I adore Chelsea so Mourinho is my choice(of course). He's one of the best things has ever happened to Chelsea, and it would be very pity if he leaves us... I hope he won't.

I actually like him. Sure he's arrogant and proud, but I think he's got such a great confidence in himself, and that's actually something that I kind of admire about him...Not to mention that he's also a brilliant manager.
