As we are speaking --ugh.
I have had LOTS of sinus infections and have had three sinus surgeries now it. For almost 10 years I had a sinus infection about every 6 weeks. After 10 years of it, we discovered a place behind the shower walls in our old home where the previous owner had duct taped three leaking pipes. There was a HUGE mold problem back there. We got it cleaned up and now I've only had about 3 sinus infections in 5 years.

My teeth hurt when I have a sinus infection, but usually in the front. If painkillers aren't working, there are two more things you can try. First, make some peppermint tea and drink it. The mint will give you a cooling sensation in your mouth. To ensure a good night's rest, go to the store and buy some Orajel to spread on the affected area. If that does not work, you could ask the doctor for a stronger painkiller, but you may not need that because the antibiotics should cure the infection within a few days.

I use to get horrible sinus infections. I had my nose broken three times as a kid. I finally opted to have corrective surgery. The doctor actually tunneled a new nasal passage on my left side of my nose. I was given a local and after awhile I was able to watch the doctor perform the surgery. Interesting stuff with all those saws and blades he was using. Well, I haven't had a sinus infections since. I do get sinus irritation but it's a piece of cake to what it used to be.

Oh my god have I ever. Several infact. One time it was so bad that I had the worse smell up my nose. It was pure hell. Smelled like there was garbage near me all the time. No one else could smell it. So I knew it had to to be the sinus infection but I think I'd rather smell that junk again then be nauseated by taking the meds.

Yes, I get 1 or 2 a year, and the only thing I have found that clears it up quickly, is Simply Saline.
You can find it in the drug store in the allergy med isle.
