The correct answer to this can be simple or complicated, but it depends entirely on more details, such as: where is your site being hosted? (Some sites have their own upload facility, so you log in to your account and tell their system where your web pages are on your computer, click to upload, and it's done.) You may already have on your computer a facilty to upload - for instance, if you created the web pages in web design software, usually that software provides an FTP facility by which you can publish your pages to the web site. The latest versions of Windows also offer an FTP facility from the Windows Explorer, I believe. Failing all of this, there is FREE FTP software you can use - just go to a software download site such as Tucows or Download.com and search for FTP programmes, find a freeware one and go for it. Uploading is very simple as long as you have the FTP Host address, your USER NAME and your PASSWORD. The softwares available are easy to use, generally. Don't forget to read their HELP stuff, it can be really, ummmm, helpful! LOL!

1. You need to design the web page
2. You need to find and pay for a hosting service
3. Pick a domain name
4. Upload your new page to the hosting service.
