Cheater. Yes, I believe the golden age of the welfare state has passed. First, for research, look into the projected deficit of Social Security in the US as the Baby Boomers retire (most notably 2011). The money to fund SS must come from someplace – and historically the money of our general funds has come from, in part, the SS funds through IOU’s. It’s going to have to reverse, thus pulling money from (Insert here what we spend more tax money on – education, police/fire/public safety/military, Medicaid/Medicare... etc).

Our system will not be able to support the aging population without pulling money from the welfare system on some level. Include also the number of users on the social welfare has increased over the last 2 decades (produce and reference numbers to show). More people have less money to use. Review all I have told ya, then do a little research to back it up. (One could argue the rise in the minimum wage and inflation has also become a drain on the welfare system).

Make your guy or woman schedule in case you like yet right it fairly is a tenet: 4 - 4:15 get decrease back, seize a snack straight away away and get all your stuff at the same time the place you're comfiest. 4:15 - 5 REVISE pt a million Make your supplies (ideas maps, flash enjoying cards, web content) 5 - 5:30 Do in spite of homework you have, yet not for any further than needed (instructors are extra understand-how once you have exmas). a minimum of initiate nonetheless 5:30 - 6:30 Do in spite of you like. Watch television, decide for a motorbike trip, write a singular, whatev. build in an hour for dinner and the the remainder of the night : REVISE pt 2 (use the supplies you made before) i might do slightly the two as we communicate, chop up a while in spite of in case you do not end. Then day after today do extensive Physics, manage your photons out of your protons, iron out something you do not understand. Wednesday after Physics do RS. For that concentration on examination technique, costs, and then bypass over all the matters. desire this helped and stable success on your assessments!

the basic notions of the welfare state have been eroded (universal-ity, free (at point of delivery) etc...)

so in that sense the golden age has passed

but- since the welfare state has been adapted (tax credits) and developed with societial changes, it could be argued that it is still 'golden'

furthermore- it still serves it's basic purpose, of serving those most in need and providing a safety net for those in society

hope this helps!
