Why is it that when you lookat your reflection in a spoon does your image appear the correct way up on the back of the spoon but upside down on the other side of the spoon?

The concave surface (inside) of the spoon (or any reflective concave surface) will flip the image due to the way that light refracts off of your eye.

Believe it or not, you actually see everything upside down, and your brain corrects for it.

the easy reflects off of your face and into the front of the spoon. through fact of its shape (equivalent to a satellite tv for pc dish) each and all of the easy is meditated to one factor (the focal factor). while you're viewing from farther away than the focal factor the easy rays thoroughly circulate and the easy that had initially hit the precise of the spoon hits the backside of you eyes. So if to procure close sufficient to the spoon your mirrored image might look rightside up, yet as you moved the spoon away it would turn. The backside of the spoon is the same way, different than there is not any focal factor through fact the easy is being meditated away, so its like your closer to the spoon than the concentration.

The shape of the surface and the way the light is reflected off that surface determines how we see the image. Our eyes actually see the light reflected off objects and convex scatters the light whereas concave focuses the light into a tighter stream and it hits the back of the retina differently. The concave image is how normal images appear on the retina and the brain doesn't reverse it as it normally would. If the brain didn't reverse the images for us we would all see things upside down!
