You ask a rather difficult question as all women are beautiful, and what you ask is answered simply by " In the eyes of the beholder ". Individual tastes of men for women of course vary widely and so do cultural aspects. Of those you noted I prefer the Russian ladies.

Beauty is something that is based on ones own personal preference or what someone finds attractive/appealing in their own right. You can't really say that one particular race or ethnicity is more attractive than another but based on what you like, you are more drawn to naturally. What you might define as beautiful others might not. 'Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.' Personally I think filipina and hispanic girls are 'the most beautiful'; but then again I am biased because that is my background. LOL! I hope this helped in some way and I hope you realize that everyone is beautiful in their own special way, no matter where they/their ancestors originated from.
