Seat belts. I think children should be made to wear them but adults should be allowed to make certain choices for themselves with out Big Brother calling the shots. When this law was 1st passes in (NC) is was to be just a fine. Now cops can stop you just for that, give you a heafty ticket, and now there is talk about giving out points on licences for it. This is a money racquet (yet another one). It should be my choice if I want to run the gambit for death by no seat belt not a way to save the insurance companies monies and funding state goverments. That is just the start......

Tax spending bills. NoVA brings in an enormous amount of taxes, yet had to fight tooth & nail to get infrastructure improvements. Meanwhile Richmond has an 8-lane freeway that isn't even close to reaching capacity during rush hour.
